Trained as an architect, I am a product designer with a knack for creating intuitive design solutions that carefully balance the needs of the user, the business, and stakeholders.Regaining Trust in Coupons
I’ve been working with Channel 19, an A.I.-powered trucking logistics company, on their first product. They are building exception management software. An ‘exception’ is the trucking industry’s term for a late load and there doesn’t currently exist any software that exclusively focuses on exception management. Prior to a more fleshed out launch, they wanted to build a quick, proof-of-concept MVP directly in response to their first client’s request.
Hompepage
The homepage displays a quick overview of how many exceptions in each category there are, as well as the amount of exceptions either open or in progress.
Exception List
Once you click into an exception type, you land on the exception list page that shows the high level information of each exception. You are able to toggle between statuses using the tabs at the top.
Exception Details
If you click on a list item, you are taken to the exception details page. You are shown where the delay is in the truck’s journey on the timeline on the left. There is also a notes feature where the user can read, add, and edit notes related to the delay.
Reports
The reports page gives a visual overview of exception data across different date ranges, clients, and drivers.
